Regarding SD card speeds, UHS-I has two modes:

SDR (Single Data Rate) mode samples once per clock cycle (read or write), transmitting 4 bits per cycle, with max speed half the bus frequency (104MB/s).

DDR (Double Data Rate) mode reads/writes twice per cycle, transmitting 8 bits.

Samsung PRO Ultimate SD uses DDR225 mode, with theoretical max clock 225MHz and bus speed 225MB/s, key to its 200MB/s read speed.
