We invested thirteen insertion production line all with auto dry ovens, as we insist the aim is to give customer a high efficiency and high quality production standard, fully executed the requirement of ISO9001 in PCB’s insertion and sealing procedure.​

Assembly

Insertion Line​

We setup eight assembly line with military standard, MIL-STD-105E, as quality control requirement, all products must go through four serious functional test process, from assembly to packaging stage, result with perfect goods to consumer.​

With our tooling workshop, we have capability of tooling making and maintaining. Moreover, we keep increasing our tooling facilities with our experienced engineer to keep the products up to market. As those facilities and system keep the production in a perfect status. 

Tooling​

SMT (Surface Mounted Technology)​

Three SMT Machine were equipped in our SMT dust free workshop, to enhance our capacity and capability, the SMT line were designed by the standard of safety work shop of static electricity, Also we completely follow the standard of ISO9001 to complete SMT procedures including gluing solidification, sealing, cleaning, testing processes.

MANUFACTURING

QUALITY ASSURANCE – RELIABILITY TEST​

We hired professional and experienced engineers to monitoring every single step at production and testing processes. We also applied MIL-STD-105E military standard into the quality control system, every single product must pass 4 severest functional tests, from the series inspecting system and the evidence of ISO9001 certification, you could have 100% confidence we would give you the perfect services and goods.​

The main concern behind the new legislative approach is to ensure that: 1. Only products which are safe in respect to health, the environment and consumer protection will be allowed to circulate. 2. Any product marketed legally in one country of the EU can also be sold in all the other countries.
